Outreach at St. David's

A second offering will be held on the second Sunday of the month to help various organizations. Please use the small brown envelopes marked OUTREACH (available in the ushers) to insure your gifts are properly applied.

Current Outreach Projects:

March Outreach

The Community Supper/Soup Kitch at The First Baptist Church of Hightstown is participating in the Alan Feinstein Foundation "Million Dollar Challenge" to benefit local families in need. The organization will receive a percentage of every dollar and food item donated so they can continue to help locals in need even more.

The March and April food collections will be decidated to this effort. Canned and jarred goods as well as rice and pasta items are suggested food donations. In addition, the March Outreach Sunday collection will also go to this very worthy cause.

Food Pantry Donations

March & April - Canned and jarred goods, rice, pasta.

June - Baby food - jars , formula, baby cereal.

July/August - Condiments -(ketchup, mustard, etc.)
Cleaning supplies

September - Drinks of any kind (no glass please)

October - Canned goods of all types

November - Rice & beans, canned Thanksgiving goodies

December - Canned foods of all types.
Christmas goodies (candy, etc.)

Cell Phones for Womanspace

Bring in your old cell phones, they will be donated to Womanspace and re-programmed for 911 calls only.
