Diocese presents Workshop for ministry in mid-sized churches
On Saturday, October 9 from 9 am to 2 pm at Trinity Cathedral, Trenton, the Rev. Charles N. Fulton, III will present a workshop designed exactly for the
kind of parish St. David’s is.
Intended for clergy, vestry and parish leaders, the workshop will cover how to transition from pastoral to program orientation. It will show programs for how to grow the congregation and how to meet staffing challenges and opportunities.
Fulton has a fascinating background in working with congregations and designing both liturgical space and parish programs doubling the size of his last
parish in 15 years.
